Naturally, our guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning due to odors or stains, nor does it cover the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/or its content. If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport.
If you choose not to do this and instead wish for us to repair your bag, we will be happy to do so at no charge. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.

Does the guarantee only cover repairs?
We do not cover cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear), damage of contents, fabrics that are discolored or degraded from UV or water due to improper storage, or the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/ or its contents.
Does the guarantee cover damages from airlines?
If you wish to hold them responsible, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. If not we will be happy to repair your luggage at no charge.
How come my repairs are not exact replacements?
Due to normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag in its original condition. Due to the discontinuation of a particular part or color, identical replacement parts may not be available.
How do I ship my bag to you?
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to us, however we will return the favor and ship your bag back to you free of charge. Just contact our customer support team via email at customersupport@skyborne.co and we will get it done as soon as possible.
