    First impressions

    I like how it feels . Not too bulky , functional and fits in every bag I carry. The red color is distinctive and prevents me from losing it. I am waiting word from customer service about the condition of my capsule when it arrived. Hopefully that will enable me to give this product five stars. The capsule’s ability to keep liquids hot or cold is reliable.

    I bought the Hydro-Capsule so I could have a cold beverage throughout the day at work. I work 12 hour days and have an hour drive to and from work. It has worked like a dream in keeping my water cold throughout the day on my commute back home. I add ice to my water the ice is still present most of my day. Looking forward to adding hot beverages this winter.

    Have not used yet, but............

    The Hydro Capsule appears to be well made of quality materials. Have not used it yet, but trip is coming up soon and will be using it. I was a little disappointed that it only has a two year battery life and battery cannot be replaced. Seems that the normal price is a little high for something that will only last two years. I do understand that you have one in development that will have the ability to change the battery. Just a suggestion but maybe you should replace the old Hydro Capsule for those who got one within the last year or two with the new version. Now that would really say something about a quality company that makes quality products. Lets be honest, we can find the same items for over 75% less, maybe not quite the quality, but would still last a good amount of time. Sorry no photo, but have it packed for the up coming trip.
