Very very satisfied. This was a good investment, as it’s next level premium. Used on recent Scotland trip, still in brand new condition after a 7KM hike through some pretty rugged landscapes. Also, I use it as my daily work bag, and gym bag. 10/10 top to bottom. Customer service was also super nice.
